New York, N.Y. — Sean Holzman has been named Chief Digital Revenue Officer, Bonnier Corporation, it was announced today by Dave Freygang, CEO. This new position is effective immediately.
Holzman joined Bonnier in 2011 as the Chief Brand Development Officer, where he oversees the business and brand development of the company’s 30-plus brands and the growth of new revenue streams. Holzman is also responsible for programmatic advertising, the digital distribution of video and editorial content and consumer products.
“We are confident in Sean’s ability to grow the video distribution and programmatic areas of our business,” Freygang said. “There are new revenue streams available and Sean has the experience we need to identify and develop them.”

Holzman came to Bonnier from Source Interlink Media where he was the President, Enterprises Division. He joined the Company in 2000 as Senior Director, Licensing Sales where he oversaw sales for PRIMEDIA’s (purchased by Source Interlink) extensive portfolio of automotive and outdoor brands. Holzman next served as Vice President of PRIMEDIA Enterprises, the Company’s business development arm, from 2002 to 2004 and Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Retail Development from 2004 to 2006. In this position, he secured licensing deals, forged creative partnerships, retail programs and new content plays for popular enthusiast brands such as Surfer, Hot Rod and Motor Trend.
Holzman began his career in sales and marketing with management positions at WindChaser Products, Inc. and sales in Paramount Pictures Domestic Television Distribution. He lives in Los Angeles, California, with his family.
