Jeremy Thompson

General Counsel & Secretary

Jeremy Thompson joined Bonnier Corp. as General Counsel and Secretary in February 2007.

During his time at Bonnier Corp., Jeremy has played a critical role in numerous business transactions, including the company’s purchases of Working Mother, Cycle World and several special-interest titles from Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., including Popular Photography, American Photo, Flying and Boating. In May 2013, Jeremy managed the acquisition of nine motorcycle brands from Source Interlink Media. That collection of titles, along with Cycle World, makes up the Bonnier Motorcycle Group ― the largest motorcycle-enthusiast media group in the world.

Prior to joining Bonnier Corp., Jeremy practiced intellectual property and general commercial law at an international law firm. Jeremy also founded an Orlando-based technology consulting firm and a vintage-themed retail store, both of which continue to operate today.

Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Virginia School of Law. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys cooking, photography, computer programming and collecting antiques.
