Winter Park, Fla. — Ben Greenwood has been promoted to Publisher of Wakeboarding and WaterSki, it was announced by Glenn Sandridge, Group Publisher at Bonnier Corp. Rhonda Mock transitions to Director of Brand Strategies, expanding her responsibilities to include Boating, in addition to Wakeboarding and WaterSki.


“These moves align our team with the audience-first strategy that our brands have developed,” said Sandridge. “Focusing on core audiences and building client business will allow for a greater reach in each market. We’re excited to see changes, and the team we have in place is doing an excellent job.”


Greenwood started at Bonnier Corp. as Content Editor for Wakeboarding before moving to Account Manager. “Having been a professional wakeboarder for more than 10 years, I’m honored to be heading up two legendary titles of which I’ve appeared on the cover,” he said. “The media outlets are No. 1 for watersports, and it is a huge opportunity that I look forward to undertaking.”


In Mock’s new position, she will seamlessly integrate content for the right audiences and point out new opportunities within each brand segment.


In addition to these leadership changes, two new special issues (SIPs) will be coming out for wakesurfing and gear. The explosion of wakesurfing and the strength of the recreational watersports markets have given Boating and the Watersports brands an opportunity to simultaneously expand the reach of each brand, while strengthening the core audience.
