Saveur’s Kristin Cohen Promoted to Associate Publisher, Marketing

New York, N.Y. – Merri Lee Kingsly, publisher of Saveur, has announced the promotion of Kristin Cohen to Associate Publisher, Marketing for the Bonnier Corp. title. Cohen joined the Saveur team as Creative Services Director in March 2008 and built a creative marketing team that has contributed to the title's current success – the March issue closed up 11 percent from a year ago.

"Kristin's well-rounded marketing and events background has given her the incredible knowledge and tools to manage this position with grace and ease," says Kingsly. "She has an enthusiastic passion for food and travel, which is why we are the perfect home for her talents."

Kristin has been directly involved with the ongoing efforts to enhance Saveur.com, as well as nurturing Saveur's partnerships with Slow Food Nation, the Green Market of New York City, Tales of the Cocktail, the American Sommelier Association, Edible Communities and the Jackson Hole Wine Auction.

Prior to joining Bonnier, Cohen worked for magazine titles including Men's Health, Travel + Leisure, Allure and Lucky.

Saveur's unique blend of appealing recipes, savvy yet unpretentious articles and gorgeous design appeals both to its loyal readers and to a growing community of culinary enthusiasts. The magazine, which has won multiple National Magazine Awards for its articles, photography, design and general excellence, is published nine times a year by Bonnier Corp.
