Winter Park, Fla. ¯ Bonnier Corp. has announced it is relaunching its 18-year-old WakeBoarding magazine brand as TransWorld WAKEBOARDING, which will join the company's other TransWorld titles. As part of the transition, TransWorld WAKEBOARDING will sport a fresh redesign mirroring the clean, progressive look of the TransWorld brands.

TransWorld has been a trusted leader in the action-sports arena for 27 years, which makes WakeBoarding's integration into TransWorld Media a major milestone for the brand, as well as the sport in general. TransWorld is known for its excellence in the action-sports arena. Bonnier's other TransWorld titles include TransWorld SKATEboarding, TransWorld SNOWboarding, TransWorld SURF, TransWorld Ride BMX and TransWorld Motocross.

The integration will also include the extension of wakeboardingmag.com into the transworld.net network, which will expand TransWorld WAKEBOARDING's reach to a larger online audience.

In addition, the magazine will get a revamped redesign. The launch of TransWorld WAKEBOARDING will debut a progressive new logo, larger format and higher-quality paper, which will help deliver a revised flow and pacing to create more value for the magazine's audience and partners. The magazine will also implement new departments that are a signature of the TransWorld franchise including Check Out and Last Words.
