This time, Cohen heads the brand as its sees rapid growth in multiple platforms, notably Saveur.com, a top gainer among all magazines, with triple-digit growth for page views and unique visitors in 2011.

Caribbean Travel + Life Readers Name the 2012 Best of the Caribbean

Winter Park, Fla. — With more than 150,000 votes cast, Bonnier Corp.’s Caribbean Travel + Life has announced its readers’ favorites in its annual Best of the Caribbean special issue (March 2012), on newsstands Feb. 14. All 24 award recipients, including the biggest winner, the Cayman Islands, will be featured in the magazine and will be honored at the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association’s Caribbean Marketplace on Jan. 22-24, 2012, in Nassau’s Paradise Island in the Bahamas.

Carlsbad, CA – Bonnier Corp. has named Monica Campana the new publisher of TransWorld SKATEboarding. This marks a return to the company for Campana as she worked nearly 10 years with Bonnier’s TransWorld division from 1996-2005.

Bonnier’s Field & Stream and Outdoor Life Expand Brands into New Event Business with Acquisition

New York, N.Y. — Bonnier Corp. announced today the purchase of four of the largest deer- and turkey-hunting public expos in the country — aligning them with its iconic Field & Stream and Outdoor Life brands. Tying the top two names in the outdoor category with these events strengthens the reach of the brands and establishes Field & Stream and Outdoor Life in a new audience venue. Bonnier acquired the series from Target Communications, which ran it for 27 years and publishes outdoor-related books.

Bonnier/UFC Partner: Bonnier to Publish UFC Magazine

New York, N.Y. — Bonnier Corp. and the Ultimate Fighting Championship have announced an agreement for Bonnier to begin producing the mixed martial arts organization’s official magazine. Launched in 2009, UFC Magazine quickly established itself as the premier source covering the sport and lifestyle of the UFC. This winter, the first issue of UFC Magazine published under Bonnier will be available and include a 2012 annual preview of the fastest-growing sports organization in the world. Hitting newsstands Dec. 27, UFC Magazine will be led by Editor-in-Chief Seth Kelly and Publisher Larry Menkes.

Bonnier’s Gregg Hano Promoted to New Head of Corporate Sales
